Fundraise For Pickup Truck

Over the past 11 years, Building for the Future Generation has made significant strides by building 16 new schools and renovating four existing school buildings across six of Ghana’s 16 regions.

Each year, we cover more than 60,000 kilometers over rough terrain to either initiate new projects or maintain existing ones in remote areas.

Given the vast distances we travel, a reliable pickup truck is essential for our work. For the past 11 years, we have relied on a Toyota Hilux 2.3cc truck, which has proven ideal for its fuel efficiency and ability to handle tough terrain. We used a 2008 model from 2009 to 2020, and a 2019 model from 2020 to the present.

However, with the growing number of projects and our expanding team, the demand on one truck for the team is becoming increasingly intense due to the distances involved.

To support our continued efforts, we are aiming to raise $20,000 over the next few months to help pay for a new truck. We plan to raise half of this amount locally, and the other half through donations globally.

To achieve this, we are launching a campaign to raise $10,000 to help sustain and expand our operations. We hope this message resonates with you, and that you will consider supporting our work with a donation of any amount.
