Seth Pricket (Founder/Executive Director)

Seth grew up in Hillsboro and is a 5th generation Oregonian. A Linfield College Alumni, Seth has over 8 years of professional political experience including positions as campaign manager, PAC director, legislative chief of staff and lobbyist. As a college student, Seth traveled to Ghana his junior year to study the history and emergence of the country post-colonial control. It was during this trip that Seth learned fist hand the difference in opportunities available to children of first and third world countries. As the driving force behind Framework, he has returned to Ghana nearly every year to help build schools and teach as a volunteer. In his free time, Seth enjoys photography, spending time with friends and family, hiking and the outdoors. |

Amy Smith (Director of Operations)

Amy is a graduate of Linfield College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and nurtured her passion for literature. During her studies she spent a term at Georgetown University focusing on international political and economic systems. While in D.C., she volunteered as a legislative relations intern at the Children’s Rights Council. In her professional life, Amy works in the Leadership Development field at Oliver Wyman, where she is a front-line resource for the global faculty network and oversees the network’s operations and communications. A native Oregonian, Amy appreciates the state’s natural beauty and exploring the local food scene. Traveling to Ghana in 2008, she was inspired to contribute to Framework’s goal of expanding educational opportunities in the developing nation through the genuine enthusiasm and curiosity of the students she encountered. |

Ryan Brown (Creative Director)

By day, Ryan works on a marketing team designing and developing materials, websites, and initiavies around energy efficieny and sustainability for the Portland based company Ecos. By night, he works on design and marketing initiatives for small businesses and non-profit organizations across the Portland area. In addition to his efforts at Framework, Ryan volunteers as Art Director for the environmental arts & issues magazine, The Bear Deluxe. Ryan feels great satisfaction in doing work he believes in and which makes a positive impact. He spends his remaining energy biking the many roads and trails throughout the state, creating new things, and making himself and others laugh. During the summer of 2010, Ryan traveled on a solo bike trip from Canada to Mexico to raise money for Framework. |
